The Mentorship Program, available exclusively to certified environmental professionals, provides a forum for experienced Environmental Professionals (EP) and less experienced Environmental Professionals-in-Training (EPt) to discuss professional growth, project planning and execution, and work opportunities in the environment sector.

Share your experience with young professionals

Mentoring is a personal and rewarding way to give back to the environmental community. As a mentor, you receive the following benefits:

Contribute to the development of young professionals
Extend your network in the sector to other mentors and protégés

Gain increased respect and recognition from others in the environmental profession

Receive professional development credits (PDCs) to maintain your EP title

Use or develop additional skills not required in current position

To become a mentor, you must have five or more years of full-time work experience in a role within the environment sector. Mentorship is only available for professionals with an EP designation.
