Job Description:
·Conducts client meetings and/or conference calls to address issues, needs analysis and trouble shooting
·Work closely with outside sales staff to grow Maxxam’s market share with existing and new clients.
·Fundamental understanding of Maxxam’s QC policies as it pertains to reportable results.
·Proactively ensures overall satisfaction of client base including communication to management team as appropriate.
·Uses innovative and proactive methods to ensure core performance standards and business goals as measured by scorecards, coaching sessions and key performance indicators are achieved.
·Researches all client inquiries to complete resolution, enter corresponding orders / quotes with complete documented follow-up.
·Provides clear, concise and accurate information to operations as it pertains to client
·Adheres to Maxxam Code of Ethics Policy
·Supports and complies with all Maxxam policies, Quality System and Health & Safety program
·Maintains training records and relevant qualifications
·All other responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
·University degree or college diploma in Sciences, preferably chemistry or environmental related and/or equivalent experience.
·Experience in a laboratory environment an asset.
·Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
·Energetic personality that can work independently in a multi-tasking fast paced environment.
·Good knowledge of computers (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook).
·Good time-management, communication, multi-tasking and priority setting skills
