Student Work Placement

FOR STUDENTS

  • No age restrictions
  • Enrolled in a STEAM or Business post-secondary program
  • Priority given to underrepresented groups

Apply as a Student

FOR EMPLOYERS

  • Open to Canadian businesses and non-profits of all sizes
  • Must be Canadian-owned or a Canadian subsidiary
  • Placements run 6 to 16 weeks, minimum 180 hours

Apply as an Employer

Building Green

FOR PARTICIPANTS

  • Newcomers to Canada within the last 10 years with international post-secondary or trades training
  • Canadian citizens, permanent residents, refugee claimants, or valid Work Permit holders
  • No age requirement

Apply as a Participant

FOR EMPLOYERS

  • Open to residential construction businesses of all sizes
  • Placements run 3 to 12 months, full-time
  • Access motivated, pre-screened newcomer talent

Youth in Natural Resources

FOR PARTICIPANTS

  • Open to youth ages 15 to 30
  • Focused on the Natural Resources sector
  • Open to Canadian citizens, permanent residents, and refugee claimants

  • Open to Canadian businesses, governments, and Indigenous organizations of all sizes
  • Placements run 3 to 12 months, full-time, for new employees
  • Roles must fall within Energy, Forestry, Mining, Minerals, Metals, or Earth Sciences
