TRIUM Environmental Inc. (TRIUM) is a remediation company specializing in Advanced Chemical Remediation approaches. Our chemical remediation group delivers unique chemical remediation expertise to private and public sector clients. Our technique is based on holistic chemical remediation processes under the principles of ethical science and engineering for integrated remedial technology application and site management. TRIUM is defined as a premier chemical remediation group in Alberta and South Korea. This identity is based on TRIUMs focus to work equally and fairly with environmental consulting firms, on behalf of their clients, to achieve remedial targets and site management strategies. TRIUM specializes in remedial investigation, planning, treatability studies, detail design & engineering for custom oxidant blending, remedial process optimization and pilot and/or full scale field remediation applications.

We are currently recruiting for a full time Project Administrator to join in our head office in Cochrane, AB.

 Involvement in activities that contribute to the management of contaminated site remediation projects, which will be mainly chemical remediation projects.
 Participation in a team environment, working closely with Executive Directors and Project Field Leads.
 Work with other project team members to ensure project continuity, quality and general support necessary for completion of remediation projects.
 Tracking and reporting project status of budgets, billing, and timelines.
 Scheduling field manpower/equipment for projects.
 Administering procurement with vendors.
 Keeping project contractual documents, technical data and files up to date and managing project and administration folders in the corporate main server.
 Coordinate and participate in internal (TRIUM) and external (Clients) health, safety & environment management activities for compliance and management systems.

 University Degree or College Diploma (in relevant discipline) is preferred.
 Minimum of one (1) year experience related to project coordination work in environmental industries and/or relevant industries.
 Experience with standard environmental assessment practices for soil and groundwater (i.e. borehole drilling, monitoring well completions, and various sampling procedures).
 Ability to carry out project coordination requirements as well as integration of project technical teams, as directed by the Project Managers an/or Corporate Executives.
 Strong interpersonal, communication and sound business judgment skills.
