Environmental Analyst

Organization:Enbridge Pipelines Inc.

Location:Edmonton, AB

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing environmental expertise to support the implementation of Enbridge's environmental management system within Canadian Operations.

Advise Operations and project teams regarding environmental requirements. Support and assist with various permitting, compliance reporting and tracking duties for air, water, waste, land management and other environmental issues. Coordinate preparation of all documentation required to support regulatory filings and environmental permit applications Maintain and track status of commitment through the Environmental Compliance Management System and Environment related Maximo work orders/tasks. Engage and manage environmental consultants to achieve timely delivery of environmental studies in support of regulatory applications. Development, implementation and continuous improvement of environment-related processes and procedures associated with operational activities Retention and management of third-party consultants.

A post secondary education specializing environmental science, environmental engineering, or similar physical or biological sciences related field. A self-starter with strong written and oral communication skills. The ability to work both independently and within multidisciplinary teams.

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
