DESCRIPTION:This webinar series will explore how to break down systemic barriers and foster inclusive\, respectful\,\nand high-performing environments for underrepresented groups. Through practical guidance and\ninteractive dialogue\, participants will learn how to lead equitably across organizational levels\, embed\nfoundational DEI principles into daily work\, and give and receive feedback in a way that supports growth\nand inclusion.
