Her coaching philosophy is rooted in three decades of frontline experience: she spent 30 years working at the intersection of people\, systems\, and change in Corporate Responsibility/Sustainability and Humanitarian Assistance\, partnering with corporations and\nnot-for-profit organizations across the globe. That work taught her something fundamental: impact starts from within. When people are\nseen\, heard\, and supported\, they become architects of change—reshaping themselves first\, then their organizations\, communities\, and the world around them. This insight led her to coaching. She saw that when people are aligned with their values\, aware\nof their patterns\, and supported with care\, they can lead themselves and others with greater clarity\, confidence\, and compassion.\nCorinne has woven together training in Non-Violent Communication\, Mindfulness\, Appreciative Inquiry\, Collective Trauma\, and Integral Transformative Practice® to create her own distinctive approach. She is a certified Integral Associate Coach™ and member of the International Coaching Federation\, as well as a trained Positive Intelligence Coach™\, bringing evidence-based mental fitness to complement her Integral Coaching expertise.
