Whether you’re new to these conversations or looking to deepen your practice\, this series offers tangible steps for making equity real in the workplace. \n \nSession Topic: Giving and Receiving Feedback\nThis topic will explore how to give and receive feedback in ways that promote equity\, psychological safety\, and continuous learning. Participants will learn practical strategies for delivering clear\, respectful\, and identity-aware feedback\, while also strengthening their ability to receive feedback with openness and intention.
