Her work spans continents\, from her early efforts in the Mesopotamian marshlands to her current leadership of the United Spirit Nature Network (USNN)\, a non-profit organization she founded to inspire the next generation of environmental stewards. \nDr. AlMaarofi holds a Ph.D. in Biology with a focus on ecological assessment and wetland restoration from the University of Waterloo. Her career reflects a profound commitment to environmental preservation\, evident in her work with various international and local organizations\, including the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN)\, Nature Iraq\, and the New Brunswick Aboriginal Peoples Council (NBAPC). \nThroughout her career\, Sama has demonstrated her ability to bridge academic theory with real-world application.
