SUMMARY:AI and the Future of Environmental Consulting: Impacts on Business Models\, Work\, and the Workforce
DESCRIPTION:Artificial intelligence is rapidly reshaping environmental consulting\, but not in the ways many expect.\nDrawing on new research based on labour market modelling\, employer interviews\, and an industry workshop\, this webinar explores how AI is transforming consulting workflows\, business models\, and workforce dynamics. Participants will gain practical insight into where AI is already being used\, why traditional time-and-materials billing models are under pressure\, how roles are\nchanging\, and why talent pipeline compression poses the greatest long-term risk. \nThe session will also address governance\, risk\, and what firms can do now to turn AI into a strategic advantage rather than a source of disruption. \n  \n
