She currently serves as Vice President of Finance & Operations at ECO Canada\, where she leads core business functions and supports national workforce development initiatives. \nBefore joining ECO\, Kimberley spent 16 years as Regional Controller at TC Transcontinental and 6 years as Executive Director of the Alberta Motor Transport Association. Her career highlights include leading the development of a 20\,000 sq. ft. training facility for autonomous and hydrogen-fueled commercial vehicles and integrating several major manufacturing operations post-acquisition. \nA strong believer in lifelong learning and staying at the forefront of change\, Kimberley recently completed the No-Code Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning program through MIT Professional Education and is currently pursuing CPA Canada’s ESG certificate.
