She has held senior academic roles across Canada and the U.S.\,\nand her research includes projects in climate adaptation\, knowledge systems\, biodiversity\,\nand environmental literacy worldwide. \n\n\n \n\n  \n \n\nDr. Rob Newell\nCanada Research Chair\, School of Environment & Sustainability\, RRU \nDr. Newell is Associate Director of the Food and Agriculture Institute (UFV)\nand Adjunct Faculty at RRU and the University of Victoria.
