SUMMARY:Equity in Action: Building Inclusive Workplaces from the Ground Up
DESCRIPTION:This webinar series will explore how to break down systemic barriers and foster inclusive\, respectful\,\nand high-performing environments for underrepresented groups. Through practical guidance and\ninteractive dialogue\, participants will learn how to lead equitably across organizational levels\, embed\nfoundational DEI principles into daily work\, and give and receive feedback in a way that supports growth\nand inclusion. Whether you’re new to these conversations or looking to deepen your practice\, this series\noffers tangible steps for making equity real in the workplace. \n \nSession Topic: Accountability\nThis topic will be approached through the lens of inclusive leadership\, exploring how accountability shows\nup at the individual\, team\, and organizational levels when advancing equity. This includes how leaders hold\nthemselves and others accountable for commitments\, how to move beyond performative actions\, and how\naccountability can be built into systems (e.g.\, goal setting\, performance reviews\, team norms).
