Expert: Frédérick Audet

From journalist and radio host to high school lead-teacher and business owner, Frédérick possesses the drive and talent to succeed. With almost 20 years in learning and development, Frédérick knows how learning works. Since 2007, he has delivered countless professional development workshops and keynote addresses across Canada. As such, he has built a reputation of being an outstanding public speaker and facilitator. He has proven time and time again his abilities in communication, leadership, and coaching. Fully bilingual, Frédérick consistently puts the quality of instruction at the forefront of what he does. Since 2017, he has been the CEO of Learn Square, a company committed to people, learning, and growth. In 2020, Learn Square won the award for the best francophone professional firm in Alberta. Frédérick has a degree in communication, a degree in education and a certificate in adult education. He is also a certified life and business coach and a certified Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team program facilitator.

Session 2:  Your DiSC® Management Style

  • Discover your management style using the DiSC® model
  • Explore how your management style influences how you manage time, make decisions, and approach problems
  • Learn how to recognize other people’s DiSC® styles to manage your team more effectively


Session 3: Directing, Delegating and Motivation

  • Identify the directing and delegating needs of different people
  • Learn how you affect and can influence the motivation of others
  • Write an action plan for how you can improve your own delegating and directing as well as how to create a more motivating environment for someone you manage


Session 4:  Developing Others and Working with Your Manager

  • Learn about your natural style of developing others
  • Identify development preferences of different people to properly cater to your team’s needs
  • Write an action plan for developing a specific employee
  • Discover ways to improve how you work with your own manager
