SUMMARY:EP® Breakfast of Champions
DESCRIPTION:Private EP® breakfast to show appreciation to our members.\n\nKick off your day at ECO IMPACT with an exclusive networking breakfast tailored for Environmental Professionals. Join keynote speaker Tanis Ostermann as she delivers inspiring insights into leadership\, sustainability\, and innovation. This is a perfect opportunity to connect with EPs attending and not attending the conference. Don’t miss this chance to energize your morning with meaningful discussions and build lasting connections! \nSession Title: The Keys to Ensuring Innovation is a Force for Good \nWe’ve successfully nurtured a new generation of tech innovators who are deeply aware of our changing climate and committed to driving solutions. However\, many still need to integrate key principles of good governance and risk management—critical elements for long-term success. Without these foundations\, even the most well-intentioned efforts risk unintended environmental trade-offs\, unmet investor expectations\, or missed opportunities for leadership in the clean and green economy. This session will introduce attendees to essential concepts such as materiality\, effective governance processes\, impact assessment\, and performance metrics to help them build more resilient and recognized sustainability strategies.
