Starting out a new career or transitioning into a new role and sector can be difficult. It can feel daunting and leave job seekers struggling to see a clear path to their dream role.

Speaker: Lora Amos-Terpstra


Lora Amos-Terpstra has over ten years of experience in the environmental consulting industry. Lora currently works as an Environmental Project Manager with Parsons Inc. Lora enrolled in the original CEPIT program offered by ECO Canada in 2009 and later became an EPt. In 2015, she became a fully certified EP with a specialization in Water Quality and Site Assessment and Reclamation Practice.
Speaker: Liz Waterfield


Liz Waterfield is an Environmental Scientist and Project Manager at Stantec Consulting. To date, her experience includes provincial and federal regulatory review, environmental assessment, construction monitoring, project management, and various field tasks. As of late, she has been a mentor and manager to numerous coop students and interns through the ECO Canada program. While she has a passion for the environment, getting to share her skills and provide opportunities in the industry has been a highlight in her journey thus far.
Speaker: Hari Pemmaraju


Hari Pemmaraju- has been working as an environmental and sustainability professional for over 9 years and believes that innovative business models and changes in processes hold the key to making a difference. Through his consulting experience, Hari has developed a strong understanding of how to listen to people, figure out their needs, communicate clearly and leave no room for misinterpretation. He now employs these skills to manage and work on multi-disciplinary projects and navigate complex challenges in his role as an Environmental and Social Risk Management Advisor at Export Development Canada.
