Conference Highlight: Speed Mentorship

Participants kickstarted their professional growth at ECO IMPACT 2025 with two days of Speed Mentorship! On February 12, they engaged in rapid, five-minute conversations with industry leaders, rotating to meet multiple mentors in a dynamic format. Matched pairs returned on February 13 for “Mentor-Mentee Connections,” an in-depth session featuring open discussions, a networking lunch, and a recap to deepen insights and relationships. Speed Mentorship provided a valuable opportunity to gain personalized guidance and expand networks within the environmental sector.
