Sarah is ECO Canada’s HR Manager bringing close to 10 years of HR and recruiting experience to the team. Before joining ECO Canada, Sarah worked in the oil and gas and not-for-profit industries. Currently, she manages ECO’s HR and Administration department in the areas of organizational effectiveness and development, full cycle recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and HR administration. Sarah earned her B.A from the University of British Columbia and also holds a Certificate in HR Management from the University of Calgary. She is also a member of CPHR Alberta. During the COVID 19 Pandemic, you will find Sarah sharing the ‘office’ with her husband, 2 daughters, 2 cats and 1 dog
