Licensing Agreement

ECO CANADA hereby grants your organization (the “LICENSEE”) a non-exclusive usage of the electronic report entitled Environmental Worker Compensation Guide 2021 (the “REPORT”), upon the agreement of the terms stated below by ECO Canada.

ECO CANADA grants to LICENSEE the right to access and use the REPORT, so long as such use is for internal information purposes. The LICENSEE shall not modify, adapt, copy, disseminate, redistribute or republish all or any portion of this REPORT. The LICENSEE acknowledges that access to and use of this REPORT is subject to these TERMS OF USE and any expanded access or use without the prior written permission of ECO Canada is an infringement of copyright law.

ECO CANADA provides the information contained in this REPORT on an “as is, where is” basis, and hereby expressly disclaims any other representation or warranty, express or implied, including without limitation, warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or merchantability.

ECO CANADA has made all reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of the information included in this REPORT. However, ECO CANADA expressly disclaims all liability for the use of this REPORT and for any claims, actions, demands or suits arising from such use.
