Setting Up a Booth?
We encourage all our Sponsors to participate in the event by setting up booths and chatting with attendees. Below is a step-by-step explanation of how to set up your booth. Setting up a booth on vFairs involves several steps, including registering, customizing your booth, and adding content. Here’s a general guide to get you started:

Register and Log In:
- ECO Canada’s Event Coordinator will register for the event through the vFairs platform.
- Log in to your account using the credentials provided by email.

Access the Exhibitor Portal:
- Once logged in, navigate to the exhibitor portal. This is usually found in the main menu or a link provided in the registration email.
3.
Set Up Your Booth:
Customize Booth Design
- Add your company logo, graphics, brochures, and match brand colours
Set Up Chat
- Configure live chat options and assign booth representatives to chat with visitors.
4.
Review and Publish:
- Once you’ve set up your booth, review all the content to ensure everything looks good and functions correctly. Then hit publish!

Gold
Level
For $7,000, Gold Event Sponsors receive all Bronze and Silver benefits, plus a custom webinar with prime scheduling, branding across the entire virtual hall, marketing videos in virtual spaces, and custom certificates for survey completion. Premium booth functions include all Bronze/Silver features, business cards, leave a message, Q&A, live audio/video/chat, six banners, and unlimited representatives.

Level
For $2,500, Silver Webinar Sponsors receive all Bronze benefits plus a prominent booth, sponsored custom surveys, a sponsored webinar, logo in the auditorium, exclusive lead generation reports, and sponsored push notifications. Booth features include external links, pop-up videos, documents to share, three banners, and five representatives.

Level
For $1,000, Bronze Booth Sponsors receive a branded booth in the exhibit hall, logo placement on eco.ca, VFairs, email campaigns, and the virtual lobby, a branded social media post, live customer support during the event, and post-event reporting on valuable metrics. Booth features include external links, pop-up videos, documents to share, three banners, and up to five representatives.
