Licensed Trainer and Regulatory Content Specialist Adela Laczynski is responsible for monitoring and updating bylaws for more than 40 municipalities across Canada. She has a Master of Environmental Studies from Toronto’s York University, as well as a Bachelor of Science, Conservation and Resources Studies from the University of California at Berkeley. In this session, Adela will explain the unique value of understanding a municipal government’s environmental regulation.
