Welcome to the HR Builders Program Application

Thank you for your interest in HR Builders. This program is funded by the Government of Canada through the Canada–Alberta Job Fund and provides eligible Alberta-based small and medium-sized employers with access to up to 15 hours of free HR consulting support, along with templates, tools, and resources through our HR Builders Portal.

Before you begin, please note that all applications are reviewed to confirm eligibility. Approval is based on SME status as a registered corporation in Alberta. Only approved organizations will receive access to the HR Builders Portal and the complimentary consulting hours.

Please complete the form below as fully as possible. Once submitted, our team will review your application and follow up with the next steps.

This land, known as Moh’kinsstis in the Blackfoot language and encompassing what is now Districts 5 and 6, is also home to the Métis Nation of Alberta, Region 3, within the historical Northwest Métis homeland.
