Introduction

Through program funding and support from the Government of Canada’s Implementation Readiness Fund, ECO Canada is poised to host a series of events from coast to coast that will serve as critical platforms for collaboration and innovation. These events will unite industry representatives, community leaders, academia, and our extensive network of environmental experts.

The aim is to foster a rich exchange of knowledge and best practices, ensuring that diverse perspectives are considered in the pursuit of sustainable solutions. By bringing together these key stakeholders, we create opportunities to explore practical approaches to reducing greenhouse gas emissions tailored to the unique challenges and opportunities of different regions across Canada.

Empowering Canada’s Low-Carbon Transition

This initiative aims to empower businesses and communities across Canada to adopt low-carbon technologies and embark on their journey towards achieving Net Zero. This ambitious goal requires a collective effort, so we are fostering an environment of collaborative dialogue during our sessions.

By creating spaces where organizations, communities, and experts can come together, we enable sharing success stories, best practices, and case studies that demonstrate the tangible benefits of emissions reduction strategies. These sessions also provide a crucial platform for discussing challenges that may arise during the planning and implementation phases. Through open dialogue, participants can gain insights into the various forms of support available, from financial resources to technical expertise, all aimed at helping them overcome obstacles and accelerate their progress toward a low-carbon future.

The roadshows will span over two and a half years, from September 2024 until March 2027, and will travel to various locations across Canada. This extended timeline ensures that businesses and communities nationwide have ample opportunity to engage, learn, and contribute.

Don’t miss the opportunity to influence and be influenced by the leading voices in Canada’s low-carbon transition!
