BTV’s CEO Clips, a series of short video profiles on innovative publicly traded companies across North America, will feature ECO Canada on the BNN Bloomberg Channel on July 11-12, Saturday & Sunday, throughout the day and evenings.

View the clip of our CEO, Kevin Nilsen discussing growth opportunities within the environmental sector and the win-win that Cleantech provides for the Canadian economy and the environment.

Mr. Nilsen describes the tremendous growth in the cleantech sector, from the current estimate of $1.2 trillion to a projected $2.5 trillion industry by 2022 and discusses how Canada is poised to be a cleantech leader.

We need to make sure that Canada focuses on commercialization so we can take full advantage of this global opportunity. One of the greatest aspects of the work we do is that if we’re successful, everybody wins. If we succeed companies have great workers, individuals have great careers, society benefits and the environment benefits. It really is a win-win-win-win all around.

Further online distribution through BTV’s CEO Clips includes coverage of our CEO on  Thomson Reuters Terminals, Yahoo Finance, Stockwatch, Bloomberg, Stockhouse.com and BTV’s YouTube channel.

Land Acknowledgment

In the spirit of respect, reciprocity, and truth, we acknowledge that we live, work, and gather on the traditional territories of the peoples of Treaty 7, including the Blackfoot Confederacy—comprising the Siksika, Kainai, and Piikani Nations—as well as the Îyâxe Nakoda and Tsuut’ina Nations.

This land, known as Moh’kinsstis in the Blackfoot language and encompassing what is now Districts 5 and 6, is also home to the Métis Nation of Alberta, Region 3, within the historical Northwest Métis homeland.

We recognize and honour the deep connection these Nations have to the land, and we are grateful for the opportunity to share in its stewardship.

As we continue our work, we commit to learning from Indigenous knowledge systems, uplifting Indigenous voices, and fostering relationships rooted in equity, understanding, and reconciliation.
