At ECO Canada, I’ve had the privilege of working at the intersection of HR and environmental workforce development,
supporting both our internal team and sector-wide initiatives that help environmental organizations thrive.
With over a decade of HR experience, I’ve led efforts in recruitment, organizational change, performance management,
and employee engagement; always with a focus on integrity, accountability, and long-term impact. In my current role
as HR Business Partner, I support leaders in making informed, people-focused decisions while also contributing to
national programs that strengthen workforce development across the environmental sector.
I’m especially passionate about helping mission-driven organizations grow in a way that’s both people-centered and
future-ready.
