Equity in Action: Building Inclusive Workplaces from the Ground Up

November 4, 2025 @ 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm

This webinar series will explore how to break down systemic barriers and foster inclusive, respectful,
and high-performing environments for underrepresented groups. Through practical guidance and
interactive dialogue, participants will learn how to lead equitably across organizational levels, embed
foundational DEI principles into daily work, and give and receive feedback in a way that supports growth
and inclusion. Whether you’re new to these conversations or looking to deepen your practice, this series
offers tangible steps for making equity real in the workplace.

Session Topic: Accountability

This topic will be approached through the lens of inclusive leadership, exploring how accountability shows
up at the individual, team, and organizational levels when advancing equity. This includes how leaders hold
themselves and others accountable for commitments, how to move beyond performative actions, and how
accountability can be built into systems (e.g., goal setting, performance reviews, team norms). It will also
invite reflection on what gets in the way of accountability and how to support a culture of follow-through.

Next session: February 3rd — Giving and Receiving Feedback
