Session Topic: Giving and Receiving Feedback
This topic will explore how to give and receive feedback in ways that promote equity, psychological safety, and continuous learning. Participants will learn practical strategies for delivering clear, respectful, and identity-aware feedback, while also strengthening their ability to receive feedback with openness and intention. Common barriers such as bias, power dynamics and feedback avoidance will also be addressed and discussed by offering tools to navigate these challenges with confidence.
