Andrew Janzikc, currently HR Business Partner at ECO Canada has over 12 years of experience supporting employers with workplace policies, recruitment, retention, employee relations, performance management, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and workforce development. He has facilitated DEI workshops, developed HR toolkits, and provided consulting support through the CNER-G HR Builders Program, helping Alberta employers strengthen retention, recruitment, employee relations, and performance-management practices.
Andrew will serve as ECO Canada’s primary contact and will oversee project delivery, schedule management, risk management, stakeholder engagement, reviews, and final acceptance. He will also lead development of the intercultural workplace, inclusion, and newcomer-integration content.
