Trauma-Informed Practice (Day 1): Building Awareness and Resilience

This highly interactive and engaging virtual session will help participants build an understanding of what trauma is, how it affects communities environmental professionals work in, and how it impacts environmental professionals themselves particularly those leading, managing, or undertaking community and stakeholder engagements for projects. The workshop aims to help identify how organizations can become more trauma-informed and explore ideas beyond projects to set a culture of improved awareness across all levels of management.
