Vaneska Grechinski

Vaneska is an environmental professional specialized in waste efficiency, program development, and stakeholder engagement, with over a decade of experience advancing sustainability across municipalities, Indigenous communities, industry partners, and educational institutions. As Waste Efficiency Lead at ECO Canada, she is currently building and strategizing three new services for the organization’s emerging Waste Division, including the Local Waste Auditor service, ICI Waste Efficiency Training, and Waste Troubleshoot Consulting. Her work focuses on designing practical, community‑aligned waste solutions that strengthen diversion, improve operational efficiency, and support long‑term environmental stewardship.
